Loaf Bread

The dough was kneaded in my mixer. (The recipe is what came with the mixer.) Somehow, the texture of the bread is similar to focaccia I've made before, rather than to the loaf bread I've made before with the same recipe. I like it, but if I get tired of it, this bread may turn into stuffing.
