Easy Orange Cardamom Cake
This was from the recipe of theLastCookie.ca. It really was super-easy! As it's just myself here, I opted to make only one layer; as I can't have cream (too rich), I left it out. However, I did make the cake and syrup with fresh-squeezed orange juice, and added some cardamom to the batter. As I took my first bite, I realized that, Wow, this is really good cake! Yummy.
