Eggless Marble Cake for Teatime
This cake is from a recipe of Magic of Indian Rasoi. I used a little too much cocoa mixture to swirl in, but the taste wasn't affected. The use of powdered sugar made it not-too-sweet. I thought it tasted even better the next day (stored in fridge). The pan sizes suggested are not available here, so I used the next-closest size loaf pan.
